Partners will be given permission to use the appropriate logo for their level of partnership. Usage of the partner logo will be subject to the terms and conditions of the logo usage agreement.

Partners will have access to electronic versions of all product literature.
Marketing Programs
Innovative Query may allow partner participation in select marketing programs. These marketing programs may include conferences, seminars, events, direct mail campaigns, and email campaigns. Attivio may charge a fee for participation in these programs.
Press Release
Partners have the opportunity to promote the partnership through a partnership press release. Certain partners may be featured in a partnership announcement issued jointly.
Partner Manager
Most levels of VAR and OEM Partners will have a designated account manager for the partnership.
Demo Software License
VAR Partners will receive a limited-use software license for training and demonstration purposes. In addition, Innovative Query may, upon request, contribute technical resources to support your sales efforts
Online Technical Support
Partners have unlimited access to the online support case logging.
Telephone Support
Partners have access for one contact for up to ten cases per year. Partners can purchase more access to support if necessary.
Software Upgrades, Patches, and Beta Programs
Partners are given access to our software upgrades and patches as well as our Beta releases of software
